Apply a tiny dot of nail polish on the lower part of your nail, slightly above the cuticle. Begin by applying the initial layer of Jazzie Nail Polish with a single stroke down the middle of the nail, followed by a stroke on each side of the nail. Use the brush to even out the surface of the nail with a final stroke. Finally, apply a second coat, extending the color over the tips of the nails.
